Nicki Minaj Goes Deep!
Nicki Minaj, Drake, and Lil Wayne sample deep house on new track. Yes, Nicki Minaj went deep and no not that kind of deep. Deep as in deep house the genre made a tremendous mark in 2014. Producers like Duke Dumont, Disclosure, Oliver Heldens, and Tchami promoted this sound to another level in the EDM industry. Even though this genre has been around for many years it seems like everyone is getting tired of the Big Room sound and staring to groove more to house music. Deep House is clearly making it way into the mainstream when an artist like Nicki Minaj spits verses over Veteran deep house and tech house DJ/producer Maya Jane Coles . She had announced that her track "What They Say" asa bonus song on her new album The Pinkprint. Titled "Truffle Butter," it features Drake and Lil' Wayne and adapts the original's deep groove with a hip-hop feel to it. What you guys think?

This just shows how influential this genre of electronic dance music has taken its toll on the north america scene. US Dubstep producers such as Skrillex and Datsik put it on the map and music charts just a couple years ago.
